Drop In Meditations

These Drop In Meditation sessions are designed to help you integrate meditation into your everyday schedule. They are suitable for those new to meditation as well as more experienced practitioners. Simply find times that suit you and just turn up.
Sessions last 45minutes and please arrive on time as there will be no late entry once the meditation has started.De-stress Your Day with 2 relaxing guided meditations from 18.00 to 18.45pm every evening Monday through to Friday. The new term starts on Monday the 6th of September.
Start Your Day the Peaceful Way on Sunday mornings 10.00 to 10.45am.
