Drop In Meditations
STARTING MONDAY 18TH JANUARY
These Drop In Meditation sessions are designed to help you integrate meditation into your everyday schedule. They are suitable for those new to meditation as well as more experienced practitioners. Simply find times that suit you and just turn up.
Sessions last 45minutes and please arrive on time as there will be no late entry once the meditation has started.
Start Your Day The Peaceful Way with 2 peace inducing guided meditations between 7.15-8am on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and 10-10.45am on Sunday.
De-stress Your Day with 2 relaxing guided meditations from 6-6.45pm on Monday - Friday and Sunday. Please note there is an extra session on Monday evening 7.15-8pm.
