Cogito Books will be having a special meditation event in The Monastic Workshop Hexham on Thursday the 30th of September. Learn to meditate with an experienced meditation teacher Gen Kelsang Sherab based on the best selling guided meditation CD series, "Meditations for Everyday Life."
