The session involves simple meditations for the grownups, space for stories, cuddles and play, in a quiet and calming environment. Providing practical advice and activities you can take away promoting happy relationships with your little ones, along with time for a cup of tea and chat!
Please Note: We have no expectations that babies will be quiet and we welcome all ages from birth and abilities from beginners.
