Retreat is a time to quieten our body, speech and mind. This is Compassion Centre's week-long January retreat which is taking place in North Northumberland. Middleton Hall is situated in rural Northumberland with extensive beautiful woodland and grounds, perfect for a mid-retreat walk.

In Janaury 2018 Gen Kelsang Sherab will lead this retreat on the Three Principle Aspects of the Path, with an emphasis on Clarity of Mind. Observing silence in the mornings we engage in five retreat sessions a day to quieten our mind and to allow a deep inner peace. If you have any questions about this retreat please
