Morning courses at Compassion Buddhist Centre are an opportunity to deepen our experience of meditation and Buddhist teachings so that we can lead a happier, more peaceful life. These courses can be a refresher or an introduction to Buddhist teachings. They are open to everyone and can be popular events.

Time & Cost

Many of us carry around self limiting beliefs, thinking that we don’t measure up and that we are incapable of change.
 
Buddha taught that these beliefs are mistaken and unhelpful, and how to overcome them with wisdom and meditation. 
 
In this workshop, we will consider the actual source of our self limiting beliefs and learn meditation techniques to free ourselves from them so that authentic self confidence becomes our positive and meaningful reality.
 
No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!

10am-1pm

10am-11:15am and 11:45am-1pm.
