• Gardens at Middleton Hall

Enjoy meditating with guidance and sangha friends on the magical set of instructions on how to attain the Pure Land of Vajrayogini within this life, and how to have complete confidence to transform the time of death into a peaceful and meaningful journey to the heart of Vajrayogini.

In the middle five days we will get to enjoy the deep meditation experience of pure silence. Still within the friendly companionship of sangha all around, the beautiful experience of silence enables connection with an inner stillness and to achieve concentration beyond what we thought we are capable of.

The accommodation is in high quality single and shared rooms. Middleton Hall is set in large grounds in which you can walk.

Programme

Fri 3rd and Sat 4th are not in silence.

On Sunday 5th we enter into 5 days of silence with question and answer time within the third session of each day.

The silent period ends with a sociable (optional) dinner on the Thursday evening through to the end of retreat on Friday morning.
