Cullercoats Class

Introduction to Buddhist Psychology is a series of classes to help us better understand our minds- making our minds work for us, not against us. By learning to identify different negative minds, we can better cope with them when they arise and live more joyfully by discovering ways to cultivate wise and helpful minds instead. These classes include practical talks, guided meditations, group discussions and time for questions and answers. You do not need any previous experience or familiarity with Buddhism or meditation. Everyone is welcome.
