10-3:30pm with coffee break (tea, coffee and biscuits provided) and a lunch break (lunch is not provided but there are cafe's nearby or you are welcome to bring something with you).

Gen Kelsang Lhachog is the Resident Teacher at Uma KMC.

She has been studying and practicing Kadampa Meditation for over 20 years under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Gen Kelsang Lhachog lived and studied at our mother centre, Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre in Ulverston, for 8 years before becoming a Resident Teacher in 2008.

She is well loved for her gentle and kind approach as well as her clear and practical teachings.
